Due Process: Obtaining your Data Printout and Sources Document from Birth Certificate

Step 1. Birth Certificate [security paper] and/or Data Printout [data form]

Call Births Deaths and Marriages in your Country and ask for this document and pay over the phone. Ask for it to be emailed.

Step 2. Source Document [hand written document completed when you were born]

Call Births Deaths and Marriages. Request a General Identity Declaration Form [see below]. Write a covering letter [see below] stating that you require this information because you are trying to sort out family matters or whakapapa.  Complete and send to the head office with payment fee details.

The Data Print Out and the Source Document are NOT legal documents. They are PRIVATE TITLES in the private.   The Registration and Reference Numbers on the Data Print Out should be the same on the Source Document.

They cannot be used in the public.  Otherwise known as the STRAWMAN, ONLY YOU can use them.  They prove your entitlements to the estate.
